The Terma MEG Element features five temperature settings from 30°C to 60°C, indicated by five LEDs. It includes three buttons for power and temperature adjustment, along with frost and overheating protection. The element has a 66mm length from the thread, a 55mm diameter clock-shaped face and a 565mm internal probe length.

It has no built-in timer or 2-hour drying function but is compatible with an external timer and remembers its settings when switched off. Installation
The Terma MEG Thermostatic Heating Element is designed for compatible towel rails and radiators and should be installed by a qualified professional. When selecting the correct wattage, compare the radiator's central heating output in watts and choose the closest matching element. If the output is provided in BTUs, use the conversion BTUs ÷ 3.41 = Watts.
Before electrifying a radiator or towel rail, always check with the manufacturer that the model is suitable for use with a heating element. Regularly bleed the towel rail to prevent air build-up within the system. The heating element must never be operated in the open air and should always remain correctly submerged in the heating medium.

Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the side = Angled Valves. Suitable for any pipework which comes up from beneath, through your floor or up from your skirting board.
Straight Valves
Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the underneath side = Straight Valves. Best suited for pipework exiting from your floor or flexi-pipe up from your skirting board.
Corner Valves
Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the side = Angled Valves. Suitable for any pipework which comes up from beneath, through your floor or up from your skirting board.
Corner Valves
Pipework coming out from the wall + radiator connections on the underneath side = Corner Valves (recommended) or Angled Valves. You can also use Angled valves if you would like the valves to face forward.
