Many of our radiators and towel rails are suitable for bathroom use. Check the product specification for IP rating. We recommend always consulting a qualified plumber before installation in a wet room.

ΔT50 (Delta T50) is the standard condition at which radiator heat outputs are measured: a 70°C flow temperature, 50°C return, and 20°C room temperature. If you run a lower temperature system (e.g. heat pump at 45°C), you will need a higher BTU-rated radiator.

Standard radiator swaps (replacing like-for-like on existing pipework) can be done by a competent DIYer. However, any work involving the boiler, gas supply, or adding new pipework must be carried out by a qualified plumber or Gas Safe engineer.

Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your wish to return, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. See our full Returns Policy.

If the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will arrange and cover the return. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping charge may apply.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
