Customization

The Terma Alex Ex-Display Towel Rail, formerly known as the Terma Axial, is a fantastic towel rail finished in a pale grey colour, ideal for warming multiple towels on its generous rungs. This ex-display radiator is not in pristine condition and has slight cosmetic marks, including a small dent on one of the towel rungs and paint chips to the front and rear of the radiator. It is supplied with the original brackets, which are fairly tarnished and have chips in the paint. This is an ex-display item sold as seen and available for collection only from our Eccleston showroom.

Faults: Brackets are fairly tarnished with chips in the paint. There are also some small chips in the paint on the rear and front of the radiator, along with a small dent on one of the towel rungs. All faults and cosmetic imperfections are clearly stated and pictured. Ex-display items are sold as seen, all sales are final and non-refundable, and items are not eligible for refunds or returns due to unwanted items.

Installation

The Terma Alex Ex-Display Towel Rail features bottom underneath connections suitable for either Corner or Straight Valves. The radiator is supplied with its original brackets. As an ex-display item, it is available for collection only and will be removed from the display wall by our plumbing team and kept safely ready for collection.

How it works: Select the ex-display model you wish to purchase and add it to your basket. Checkout and pay for your radiator. Our sales team will then contact you to arrange a date for collection. Ex-display radiators are sold as seen and are available for COLLECTION ONLY from our showroom in Eccleston, Chorley.

If your radiator is a vertical model, please bring an extra person to help you carry it to your vehicle. Packaging is not supplied with ex-display radiators as standard, so you may wish to bring dust sheets and/or bubble wrap to help secure your radiator safely for transport. We do not accept responsibility for damage to the radiator in transit, as this is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you choose to purchase your ex-display radiator on the day, we will organise a day for you to return and collect it, ensuring it is reserved and ready for you after being removed by one of our plumbing team.
