The Carisa Fame Towel Radiator is suitable for standard central heating systems. Delivery takes 1 to 5 working days. Wall brackets and fixings are supplied, but radiator valves must be purchased separately. Please refer to our Radiator Valve Guide for help choosing suitable valves.

Depending on the size selected, the Fame produces between 1,391 and 3,061 BTU (408–897 W) at ΔT50. The exact output can be checked against each individual size before ordering.

Q3: Which finish would suit my bathroom?+

There are three finishes to choose from: textured white, textured anthracite and brushed brass anodised. This gives you a choice of lighter, darker or warmer metallic styling.

Q4: Why is the Fame made from aluminium?+

The aluminium construction keeps the radiator relatively lightweight and allows it to respond quickly when your heating comes on. It also has a low water content compared with many traditional radiator materials.

Q5: Will the connections work with my existing pipework?+

The Fame has 475 mm pipe centres, with a wall-to-pipe-centre measurement of approximately 79–99 mm. Check these measurements against your existing pipework before installation, particularly if you are replacing an existing towel radiator.

Q6: How far does the Fame extend into the room?+

The front of the radiator sits approximately 93–113 mm from the wall. The exact projection can vary according to the size and installation.

Q7: Do I need to buy valves separately?+

Yes. Radiator valves are not supplied with the Fame and need to be purchased separately. This also allows you to choose a valve style and finish that works with your bathroom fittings.

Angled Valves

Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the side = Angled Valves. Suitable for any pipework which comes up from beneath, through your floor or up from your skirting board.

Straight Valves

Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the underneath side = Straight Valves. Best suited for pipework exiting from your floor or flexi-pipe up from your skirting board.

Corner Valves

Pipework coming up from the floor + radiator connections on the side = Angled Valves. Suitable for any pipework which comes up from beneath, through your floor or up from your skirting board.

Corner Valves

Pipework coming out from the wall + radiator connections on the underneath side = Corner Valves (recommended) or Angled Valves. You can also use Angled valves if you would like the valves to face forward.
