Depending on the size selected, the radiator produces between 1500 and 3000 W, equivalent to approximately 5,118–10,236 BTU. The exact output is listed against each size.

Q3: What finishes can I choose?+

The Boreas N is available in textured white and textured black, allowing you to choose a finish that suits your room.

Q4: Does the Boreas N need a central heating connection?+

No. It is a fully electric radiator, so it does not connect to a central heating system. This can be useful where extending existing heating pipework is not practical.

Q5: Can I control the Boreas N using Wi-Fi?+

Yes. The radiator works with a smart Wi-Fi thermostat, allowing you to manage the heating remotely and set schedules.

Q6: Who should install the radiator?+

The Boreas N should be installed by a suitably qualified electrician. As an electric heating appliance, it needs to be connected in accordance with the relevant installation requirements.

Q7: How much space does the Boreas N need from the wall?+

The radiator projects approximately 93 mm from the wall to the front face. The final projection may vary slightly depending on the installation and bracket position.

Q8: How do I choose the right Boreas N size?+

Consider the size and heat requirement of the room first. Our free BTU / Watts calculator can help you estimate the output required, which you can then compare with the available Boreas N models.

Q9: What guarantee comes with the Boreas N?+

The Carisa Boreas N Electric Vertical Radiator comes with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Q10: How long does delivery take?+

In-stock models are usually dispatched within 1–5 working days for mainland UK delivery. Please check the product listing for current availability and delivery information.
