How it works
Select the ex-display model you wish to purchase and add to basket. Checkout and pay for your radiator. The sales team will then contact you to arrange a date for collection. Ex-display radiators are sold as seen and are available for COLLECTION ONLY from our showroom in Eccleston, Chorley.
If your radiator is a vertical model, please bring an extra person to help you carry it to your vehicle. Packaging is not supplied with ex-display radiators as standard, so you may want to bring dust sheets and/or bubble wrap to help you secure your radiator safely for transport.
Your radiator will be removed from the display wall and kept in a safe location ready for you to collect. All brackets will be packaged safely ready to be collected with your radiator. ALL sales of ex-display radiators are final and non-refundable, all faults and cosmetic faults are clearly stated in the product description. We do not accept responsibility for damage to the radiator in transit, as this is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like to view our ex-display selection before purchasing, visit our showroom any weekday 9-5pm (Wednesdays 9-7pm) and speak to a member of our sales team for buying advice. If you choose to buy your ex-display radiator on the day, we will organise a day for you to return to collect your radiator and ensure it is reserved and ready for you, having been removed by one of our plumbing team.
